This is a 19.75" x 27.5" Iranian poster designed by Davallu to promote the 1968 Nosratolah Vahdat 100-minute film Husband Hunter [shekar-e shohar] starring Nosratolah Vahdat with cinematography by Shokrollah Rafii. The film was produced by the Naqhshe Jahan Studio. Plot summary: A man named Mohallel married a woman but when he decided to give her a divorce he realized her previous husband was planning to take possession of the inherited wealth she had recently acquired. Mohallel was not only unwilling to give the woman a divorce, but the previous husband had also disgraced her, and he had him arrested for criminal activities he had done to achieve his objectives.
