This is a 27" x 41" US one-sheet poster for the 1973 Fielder Cook film From the Mixed-up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler AKA The Hideaways based on the novel From the Mixed-up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler by E.L. Konigsburg with screenplay by Blanche Hanalis and starring Ingrid Bergman as Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler. Plot summary: Claudia [Sally Prager] is a young teenager who decides to run away from home and takes her younger brother Jamie [Johnny Doran] with her. The two take a train to New York City and go the Metropolitan Museum of Art, where they spend a few nights in exhibition beds hiding from the guards. Claudia finds a carved statue of an angel she believes was the work of Michelangelo. She decides to find the original owner of the statue, who turns out to be Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler [Ingrid Bergman]. Mrs. Frankweiler promises to leave proof Michelangelo made the statue to the children in her will if they tell her about their adventure.
