This is a 27" x 39" Egyptian poster for a 1997 rerelease of the 1995 David Madden film Separate Lives written by Steven Pressfield and starring James Belushi as Tom Beckwith. Plot summary: Tom Beckwith is studying psychology after quitting his job as a police detective. Lauren Porter, [Linda Hamilton] his professor, wants to employ him as a trained observer who will follow her and monitor her activities; she thinks she has a split personality and that her alter ego may have committed a murder.
