This is a 27" x 39" Egyptian one-sheet poster designed by al-Thaghr Khamis for the 1988 Gilbert Cates film Backfire written by Larry Brand and Rebecca Reynolds and starring Karen Allen as Mara McAndrew. Plot summary: Mara's husband Donny [Jeff Fahey] is tormented by his Vietnam War memories. His inability to stop reacting to them spills over into his marriage, which is also flawed by Mara's attraction to Jake [Dean Paul Martin]. When a stranger named Reed [Keith Carradine] appears the story takes a new turn.
