This is a 27" x 41" US one-sheet poster designed by Reynold Brown for the 1963 Roger Corman 79-minute color film X: The Man with the X-Ray Eyes based on a story by Ray Russell, screenplay by Robert Dillon and Ray Russell and starring Ray Milland as Dr. James Xavier. Plot summary: Dr. James Xavier is a famous California scientist experimenting with human eyesight. He devises a compound that allows one to see through objects when applied to the eyes; he tests it on himself because he believes it will improve the accuracy of his medical diagnoses. He finds the drug's powers go far beyond his expectations and eventually change the appearance of his own eyes in addition to enhancing the power of his eyesight. He decides to wear sunglasses to hide this from other people.
