This is a Chinese poster I found in Egypt. With the help of a kindly Chinese neighbor I was able to get enough info about the writing to be able to determine that this is a poster for a film called The Sea of Monsters [hai mo] (or Exorcising Sword), made in Taiwan in 1975, directed by Han-hsiang Yu and starring Fei Meng.

The 1965 Egyptian film The Nun [al-raheba] (directed by Hassan Al Imam) has censored and uncensored posters. The censored poster just makes the color of the skin of the shoulders and back of the actress Hind Rostom the same as the color of her dress. This film was about a woman with a split personality, as the poster illustrates nicely.
