Plot summary: In 1929 in south England investigating the strange behavior of a friend's son, Nicholas Duc de Richleau, an expert on esoteric doctrine, determines that Simon Aaron [Patrick Mower] is involved with black magic and the occult. With the help of Rex Van Ryn [Leon Greene] Richleau rescues Simon and another young initiate named Tanith Carlisle [Nike Arrighi] from a death-worshipping cult. The rescue event disrupts a ritual on Salisbury Plain at which the Devil himself makes an appearance as the Goat of Mendes. Afterwards the rescue party is followed by the occult group's leader Mocata [Charles Gray], who has a psychic connection to the two initiates. He later conjures the angel of death in a series of nighttime black magic attacks. Richleau repels the angel, but it kills Tanith and kidnaps Peggy Eaton, [Rosalyn Landor] a young girl living with her parents in the home where they have taken refuge.

With the help of a woman Blood has located for him named Quilla June Holmes, [Susanne Benton] Vic finds the portal to a sophisiticated underground society where life as it once existed above ground has been mechanically preserved, complete with artificial biosphere. Vic does not realize Quilla was planted as bait by agents from the underground to lure him into their world for use as a badly needed fertile male.

This film is an important breakthrough historically for Bergman and is also seen as the third part of what is known as his Spiritual Trilogy. Plot summary: Two sisters and a ten-year-old boy named Johan [Jorgen Lindstrom] are returning home through a fictitious Central European country on the brink of war. The sisters do not understand each other or communicate well. Ester is ill and trying to work as a translator, while Johan's mother Anna [Gunnel Lindblom] is more interested in exploring and meeting people, especially men. Johan looks for other amusements, such as playful encounters with a group of Spanish dwarves residing at their hotel in a town called Timoka.

This is a 29" x 43" Argentine one-sheet poster using art by Reynold Brown for the 1956 Charles F. Haas film Showdown at Abilene based on the short story "Gunshy" by Clarence Upson Young, screenplay by Berne Giler and starring Jock Mahoney as Jim Trask. Plot summary: Jim Trask was once sheriff of Abilene until he went to fight for the Confederacy during the Civil War. When he returns he finds everyone thinks he is dead and his old friend David Mosely [Lyle Bettger] is now engaged to his old sweetheart Peggy Bigelow [Martha Hyer]. Mosely and the area's ranchers are also feuding with the local farmers over land use. Trask resumes his work as sheriff at the insistence of David Mosely. He reluctantly agrees to this because of a sense of obligation to Mosely, since he inadvertently killed his brother Tad during the war. Trask immediately begins enforcing a local law requiring visitors to turn in firearms while in Abilene. The film was remade in 1967 as Gunfight in Abilene starring Bobby Darin.

This film was directed by Hussein Kamal based on a story by Tharwat Abaza, with screenplay and dialogue by Sabry Ezzat; the cinematography was done by Ahmed Khorshed; it is on Ahmad Al-Hadari's 2007 list of the 100 most important Egyptian films. The poster was designed by Mohamed Hussein. Plot Summary: Atris the grandson became the image of his grandfather in cruelty, violence, tyranny and crime. He ruled the life of his village with the terror he imposed upon its inhabitants. He had loved Fouada since she was a child but she refused him after he came to resemble his grandfather in spirit and action. Atris courted Fouada and asked her father for her hand in marriage but Fouada refused the marriage. Her father feared Atris's anger, and instead of announcing her refusal of the marriage he announced her agreeent to it. Atris was overjoyed when he heard this news, but Sheikh Ibrahim incited the people against Atris and his gang, declaring that his marriage to Fouada had been cancelled. Ignoring Atris's orders, Fouada allowed water to flow into the lands of the farmers after he had denied it to them. The people defied Atris and his gang and burned his mansion while he was in it.

Rider Haggard with screenplay by Ruth Rose and Dudley Nichols and starring Helen Gahagan as She. The film usess elements from all of Haggard's books in this series, She, She and Allan, Ayesha, The Return of She and Wisdom's Daughter. In this story She is the "Ageless Ice Goddess," rather than the immortal queen of a slave tribe in a subterranean African kingdom. According to Wikipedia, the She in this film was the ispiration two years later for the evil queen in Walt Disney's 1937 film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Plot summary: Leo Vincey [Randolph Scott] has heard from his uncle that 500 years earlier his ancestors had visited a lost land where the secret of immortality was to be found inside a mystic fire. Vincey sets out with Tanya, [Helen Mack] the daughter of a guide, across the frozen Russian Arctic. They find a hidden civilization called Kor where She rules as immortal queen. She believes Vincey is her long-lost lover and that he is destined to rule with her after she makes him immortal.
