Plot summary: During the cartoon ice age, the ice is beginning to melt and a valley inhabited by animated prehistoric animals is about to be flooded by oceans of water with the bursting of a glacial dam. Manny, Sid the sloth, Diego the saber-toothed tiger and Scrat the squirrel/rat must make their way to the other end of the valley to survive.
