This is a 14" x 22" Belgian poster for the 1966 Sidney Hayers film The Trap written by David D. Osborn and starring Rita Tushingham as Eve and Oliver Reed as Jean La Bete. Plot summary: In 19th Century Canada, fur trapper Jean La Bete and Eve, a mute orphan girl, are thrown together as man and wife in a cabin in the wilderness of British Columbia. Eve is slow to accept her rough new husband, who has been imposed upon her in a trade and knows nothing of the niceties of civilized life.
