Plot summary: Summer is ending in a small California town and a group of recent high school graduates are leaving for east coast colleges tomorrow. Curt is having second thoughts about leaving while his friend Steve Bolander [Ron Howard] is eager to go.

Strange Invaders (1983) - (Paul LeMat) US one-sheet

This is a 27" x 41" US one-sheet poster for the 1983 Michael Laughlin film Strange Invaders based on a story by Bill Condon, Michael Laughlin and Walter Halsey Davis and starring Paul LeMat as Charles Bigelow. Plot summary: In 1958 a race of aliens invades the town of Centerville Illinois. The creatures are able to take over the bodies of humans and inhabit them. Once this has been done to Centerville's entire population, it has the effect of freezing the town in time. In 1983 Charles Bigelow goes there looking for his missing wife Margaret Newman [Diana Scarwid]; he finds she is now one of the aliens.
