This is a 27" x 39" Egyptian poster designed by Meftah and Wahib Fahmy for the 1979 Steno film Flatfoot in Egypt AKA Piedone d'Egitto based on a story by Adriano Bolzoni, screenplay by Adriano Bolzoni, Massimo Franciosa and Steno and starring Bud Spencer as Commissario Rizzo 'Piedone'. Plot summary: Inspector Rizzo and Marshal Caputo [Enzo Cannavale] go to Egypt looking for the missing Professor Coriolano Cerullo [Leopoldo Trieste]. The professor has discovered an insect that can locate oil by smell, which has become a matter of great interest to the criminal element.
