This was the last of a series of 13 films Republic films released starring Judy Canova. Plot summary: While working as a maid at her aunt Sara's [Jacquline deWit] Greebville Hotel, Judy decides to enroll in the Continental Correspondence Charm School; the people running the school turn out to be pushing a real estate scam, trying to use Judy to swindle her aunt. Posing as an Army general, a confidence man pretending to be a General Ballard [Robert Burton] tries to talk Judy into selling some inherited property at a price well below its market value.

This is a US 27" x 41" one-sheet poster for the 1947 William C. Thomas film Big Town based on story and screenplay by Daniel Mainwaring and starring Phillip Reed as Steve Wilson. This was the first of four films released in 1947 and 1948 based on the "Big Town" radio series. Plot summary: Steve Wilson is the new managing editor of The Illustrated Press; he changes the publication's editorial policy for the public good after doing some soul searching about its sensationalist practices.
