This is a 19" x 27" Yugoslavian poster for the 1958 Vincente Minnelli film Some Came Running based on the 1957 novel by James Jones, screenplay by John Patrick and Arthur Sheekman and starring Frank Sinatra as Dave Hirsh. Plot summary: After World War II writer and former soldier Dave Hirsch becomes a bitter alcoholic who has given up writing. He returns to his hometown in Parkman Indiana where he renews connections to old conflicts and unhappy associations; then he publishes a story and begins to get back on his feet.
