This is a 13" x 27.5" Italian country-of-origin locandina designed by Rinaldo Geleng for the 1949 Carlo Ludovico Bragaglia black comedy Totò le mokò AKA Il bandito della Casbah based on the 1931 Henri La Barthe French novel Pépé le Moko, screenplay by Arduino Maiuri and starring Totò as Antonio Lumaconi / Totò le Mokò. Plot summary: When the mobster Pep le Mok dies in a police shootout, his gang decides to replace him with one of his relatives from Naples, a street musician named Antonio Lumaconi.

The Loves of Hercules (1960) - (Jayne Mansfield) Italian locandina

This is a 13" x 27.5" country-of-origin Italian locandina designed by Arnaldo Putzu for the 1960 Carlo Ludovico Bragaglia film The Loves of Hercules based on a story by Alberto Manca, screenplay by Sandro Continenza and Luciano Doria and starring Jayne Mansfield as Queen Dianira. Plot summary: The King of Ecalia kills the wife and family of Hercules [Mickey Hargitay], which causes Hercules to go after the king in Ecalia. When he gets there he discovers the king has been killed and the beautiful Queen Dianira is sitting on the throne. Hercules wants Dianira but she has been promised to Acheloo. He then faces conflicts with Amazons, the Hydra and other bizarre adversaries, along with a plot against him by Licos [Massimo Serato].

This is a 13.25" x 27" Italian locandina designed by Antonio Mos for the 1961 Carlo Ludovico Bragaglia film Ursus in the Valley of the Lions based on a story by Giuseppe Mangione, screenplay by Giuseppe Mangione and Sandro Continenza and starring Ed Fury as Ursus. Plot summary: Ursus is the son of a king; he has been raised from infancy by lions. When he reaches adulthood he reconnects with civilization and fights his way back to his rightful place on his father's usurped throne. It is a harrowing tale filled with evil villains and vicious animals.

This is a 27" x 39" Egyptian poster designed by Morteda Anise for a 1992 rerelease of the 1960 Carlo Ludovico Bragaglia film The Loves of Hercules based on a story by Alberto Manca, screenplay by Sandro Continenza and Luciano Doria and starring Jayne Mansfield as Queen Dianira.
