Shout at the Devil (1976) - (Lee Marvin) Egyptian one-sheet

This is a 27" x 39" Egyptian poster designed by Morteda Anise for the 1976 Peter R. Hunt film Shout at the Devil based on 1976 book of the same title by Wilbur Smith, screenplay by Stanley Price, Alastair Reid and Wilbur Smith and starring Lee Marvin as Colonel Flynn O'Flynn. Plot summary: In German-controlled East Africa just before the start of World War II American Colonel Flynn O'Flynn collaborates with British aristocrat Sebastian Oldsmith [Roger Moore] in the poaching of ivory from German territory, which does not sit well with the local German Provincial Commander Herman Fleischer [Reinhard Kolldehoff]. After Britain and Germany are officially at war the two collaborators launch a retaliatory attack on the German armored cruiser SMS Blücher while it is being repaired in an estuary.

Time Bandits (1981) - (Sean Connery) US one-sheet

This is a 27" x 41" US one-sheet poster for the 1981 Terry Gilliam film Time Bandits written by Terry Gilliam and Michael Palin and starring Sean Connery as King Agamemnon. This is the first film in Gilliam's self-titled Trilogy of Imagination,followed by Brazil and The Adventures of Baron Munchausen. In this first part the story is seen through the eyes of a child named Kevin [Craig Warnock]. Plot summary: Kevin's life is disrupted when his room is invaded through a time hole in his closet by a group of dwarves fleeing their master the supreme being [Ralph Richardson]. The dwarves are on a time quest and take Kevin with them as they go from the Middle Ages to Napoleonic times, the Middle Ages, the early 20th Century and finally to the Time of Legends and the Fortress of Ultimate Darkness, where Evil [David Warner] resides.

Wetherby (1985) - (Vanessa Redgrave) US one-sheet

This is a 21" x 41" US one-sheet poster for the 1985 David Hare film Wetherby written by David Hare and starring Vanessa Redgrave as Jean Travers. Plot summary: When Jean Travers, a spinster, hosts a dinner party in her home in the town of Wetherby, West Yorkshire, some unpleasant and painful memories surface as an unknown guest named John Morgan [Tim McInnerny] expresses his emotional pain. The next day Morgan comes to her cottage and shoots himself with a pistol while waiting for tea. During the investigation that follows Jean becomes reconciled with her single life and the murder of her former fiance Jim [Robert Hines] years earlier while he was doing military service in Malaya.
