Plot summary: Dr. Charles Decker goes to Africa for a year, where he discovers a method of making plants and animals grow to enormous sizes. When he returns to London, he brings back a baby chimpanzee named Konga for use testing his procedure. Konga grows to gigantic proportions and terrorizes London.
