This is a 26.5" x 39" Iranian poster designed by Mohammad Rouholamin for the 2014 film What's the Time in Your World? written and directed by Safi Yazdanian and starring Leila Hatami as Goli. Plot summary: After living in Paris for 20 years Goli decides to return to Rasht Iran, the city of her birth. She is met there by Farhad, [Ali Mosaffa] who says he is an old acquaintance. Goli does not remember him at all. This was Safi Yazdanian's first film. It was winner of the FIPRESCI Prize at the 2014 Pusan International Film Festival, Crystal Simorgh for best screenplay at the 2014 Fajr Film Festival, best film award at the 2014 Iran Association of Film Critics and Writers Festival, Special Jury Prize at the 2014 Vilnius International Film Festival, Gold Medal for Best Film at the 2014 Geneva Festival of Eastern Films and Best Music Award at the Hafez Film Festival.

This is a 26.5" x 37.75" Iranian poster designed by Bateni to promote the 1999 Kamal Tabrizi film Sheida starring Leila Hatami based on a story by Reza Maghsoodi with cinematography by Mohammad Aladpoush. Plot summary: When Farhad [Parsa Pirouzfar] was wounded in the war he temporarily lost his sight and was transferred to a field hospital. A nurse there named Sheida [Leila Hatami] was impressed by his determination to recover and found she was able to comfort him by reading to him from the Koran. The two became emotionally attached to each other but were separated when Farhad was released from the hospital. Farhad went back to the front looking for Sheida, but the war ended and this made the search difficult. Farhad's father and mother insisted that he become engaged to a wealthy girl who was thinking of leaving Iran. When it became clear that an old war wound was threatening Farhad's health his fiance broke their engagement and left the country. Farhad was hospitalized at a hospital where Sheida was working, but he did not see her. Then upon the insistence of Farhad's mother Sheida read the Koran to him again and with the help of love she was able to restore his health.

Pictured is a 26.5" x 38.25" Iranian poster designed by Behzad Khorshid to promote the 2013 Hadi Moqadam Doost film Sealed [sar beh mohr] starring Leila Hatami, written by Hadi Moqadam Doost. Plot summary: This film is the story of a tired and lonely girl named Saba [Leila Hatami] who is writing about her life in a blog. She is responsible for the costs of her sister's medical treatment and needs to find a roommate. Her friend's brother [Arash Majidi] has asked her to marry him and they are talking about it. She has not been in the habit of praying but she has begun the practice because she is overwhelmed by her problems; she is embarrassed to tell her betrothed about it. This closed subject is the basis for the film's title. Hadi Moqadam Doost won the Crystal Simorgh prize as best director of a first film at the Fajr Film Festival in Tehran.
