Hercules against Molokh (1963) - (Gordon Scott) Egyptian one-sheet

This is a 27" x 39" Egyptian poster for the 1963 Giorgio Ferroni film Hercules against Moloch AKA Conquest of Mycene written by Remigio Del Grosso, Arrigo Equini and Giorgio Ferroni and starring Gordon Scott as Hercules, or Glauco. Plot summary: When Hercules arrives in Mycene he is dismayed to see the city worshipping a cruel monster named Moloch [Pietro Marascalchi] who demands human sacrifices. Hercules becomes a powerful gladiator in Mycene while secretly plotting a revolution and the destruction of Moloch.

This is an original 13.25" x 27.25" country-of-origin Italian locandina designed by Angelo Cesselon for the 1961 Giorgio Ferroni film Bondage Gladiator Sexy AKA Le Baccanti based on the 405 B.C. tragedy The Bacchae by the Athenian poet Euripides, screenplay and story by Giorgio Stegani starring Taina Elg as Dirce and Pierre Brice as Dionysus. Plot summary: The God Dionysus visits the city of Thebes as a stranger to punish King Pentheus and the rest of the royal house of Cadmus for denying him his rightful place of honor as a deity.

This is a 27.5" x 13" Italian locandina poster designed by Nicola Piovano for the 1964 film Three Swords for Rome AKA I tre centurioni written and directed by Roberto Mauri and starring Roger Browne as Fabio. Plot summary: In 218-222 during the reign of the Syrian Roman emperor Eliogabalus, Marco Caio, commander of the Roman legions in Asia, runs out of money and is obliged to dismiss his mercenaries. Three centurions also retire and take up the training of guards. Meanwhile the wife of King Akadir plots to usurp the throne.
