Plot summary: Sergio Marazzi AKA "Garbage Can" is removed from prison by Detective Antonio Sarti [Claudio Cassinelli] to help rescue a kidnapped 12-year-old girl named Camilla [Susanna Melandri] with kidney problems. The kidnapper is Brescianelli, [Henry Silva] with whom Marazzi has previously collaborated. Lots of shooting, fistfights, car chases and sets with Italian movie posters on the walls.
