This is a 13" x 27.5" Italian locandina poster designed by Angelo Cesselon for the 1971 Umberto Lenzi film Oasis of Fear AKA An Ideal Place to Kill AKA Dirty Pictures written by Antonio Altoviti, Lucia Drudi Demby and Umberto Lenzi and starring Irene Papas as Barbara Slater. Plot summary: This is an Italian giallo originally titled Un posto ideale per uccidere. Richard Butler [Ray Lovelock] and Ingrid Sherman [Ornella Muti] are selling and producing pornography in Italy using each other as nude models. Barbara Slater has just murdered her husband and decides to frame Richard and Ingrid for the crime when she takes them in as guests in her villa.

The Battle of Sutjeska (1973) - (Richard Burton) Spanish one-sheet

This is a 27" x 39" Spanish poster designed by Mauro to promote the 1973 Yugoslavian film by Stipe Delic, The Battle of Sutjeska based on writing by Sergey Bondarchuk, Wolf Mankovitsch, Ugo Pirro, Branimir Scepanovic and Miljenko Smoje and starring Richard Burton as Marshal Josip Broz Tito. Plot summary: The Battle of Sutjeska, also known as the Fifth Offensive, is the story of the fight in 1943 against the occupying Nazi powers by Yugoslavian partisans in Nazi-occupied Bosnia and Hercegovina under the leadership of Marshal Tito. Although the partisans are outgunned, outnumbered and outmaneuvered, they are able to hold their own for a time in the Durmitor mountainous region, until they are surrounded by Axis forces, who outnumber them six to one. After the partisans fight their way out there is a huge battle where the partisans prevail on the plains of Sutjeska in southeastern Bosnia.

This is a 39" x 54" Italian two-sheet poster for a 1956 rerelease of the 1954 Pietro Franscisci film Attila starring Anthony Quinn as Attila the Hun based on a story by Ennio De Concini, Richard C. Sarafian and Primo Zeglio. Plot summary: After the king of the Huns dies one of his sons, Attila, refuses peace and gathers the hordes for an invasion of the Roman empire.

This film with the Italian title Un posto ideale per uccidere was also released in English under the title "An Ideal Place to Kill." It is an example of the Italian giallo (crime fiction and mystery) genre. It was directed by Umberto Lenzi.
