This is an 18" x 26" Italian fotobusta for a 1977 rerelease of the 1968 Ishiro Honda film Destroy all Monsters AKA Attack of the Marching Monsters written by Ishiro Honda and Takeshi Kimura and starring Akira Kubo as SY-3 Captain Katsuo Yamabe. Plot summary: The Kilaaks are female aliens who have released the giant monsters from Monsterland thinking they can control them using mind-control devices. When this fails the Kilaaks are obliged to try to challenge the monsters by releasing King Ghidorah to fight them.
