Plot summary: The evil Dr. Who [Hideyo Amamoto] and his accomplice Madame Piranha/Madame X [Mie Hama] kidnap King Kong when their mechanical replica of Kong fails in its attempt to mine the radioactive element X at the North Pole. King Kong later escapes and is pursued by his mechanical replica. Kong and Mechani-Kong fight it out at the top of Tokyo Tower.
