Spy in Your Eye (1965) - (Dana Andrews) US one-sheet poster
This is a 27" x 41" US one-sheet for the 1965 Vittorio Sala film Spy in Your Eye AKA Bang You're Dead AKA Cult of Violence AKA Epitaph for a Spy based on a story by Lucio Marcuzzo, screenplay by Adriano Bolzoni, Romano Ferrara and Adriano Baracco and starring Dana Andrews as Colonel Lancaster, Agent Z.3. This is an Italian Eurospy film that relies less on plot than a series of loosely connected sequences using bizarre gadgetry, ludicrous characters and beautiful women: the winning elements they borrowed from James Bond. Plot summary: In France, the police have found three bodies, each with an eyeball removed. Agent Z.3, who has lost one of his own eyes while still alive, has a glass eyeball implanted in his dead eyesocket. Without the agent's knowledge, the glass eye has been fitted with a tiny camera that transmits what Lancaster sees to the Russians. The Russians are interested in Paula Krauss, [Pier Angeli] the daughter of a nuclear scientist who has recently died.
