This is a 13" x 28" Italian locandina poster for the 1968 Ted Post film Hang 'Em High written by Mel Goldberg and Leonard Freeman and starring Clint Eastwood as Marshal Jed Cooper. Plot summary: In 1889 in Oklahoma territory Jed Cooper has retired from law enforcement and taken up cattle ranching. While moving his herd he is stopped and lynched by a gang of vigilantes who wrongly suspect him of cattle rustling; after the vigilantes have left him for dead he is cut down and saved in the nick of time by Federal Marshal Dave Bliss [Ben Johnson]. In Fort Grant Cooper takes a job as deputy marshal and goes after the vigilanties.

This is a 14.5" x 21.5" Belgian poster designed by Vanni Tealdi and Rene Ferracci for the 1975 L. Q. Jones film A Boy and His Dog based on the 1966 novella by Harlan Ellison, screenplay by L.Q. Jones and starring Don Johnson as Vic. Plot summary: After World War IV in what was once the southwestern US, Vic forages the devastated post-apocalyptic landscape for food and women with the help of his brilliant dog Blood, [voiced by Tim McIntire] with whom he communicates telephathically. He finds food for the dog, the dog finds women for him. With the help of a woman Blood has located for him named Quilla June Holmes, [Susanne Benton] Vic finds the portal to a sophisiticated underground society where life as it once existed above ground has been mechanically preserved, complete with artificial biosphere. Vic does not realize Quilla was planted as bait by agents from the underground to lure him into their world for use as a badly needed fertile male.

This is a US 27" x 41" one-sheet poster for the 1970 Abraham Polonsky film Tell Them Willie Boy Is Here based on the 1960 book of the same title by Harry W. Lawton with screenplay by Abraham Polonsky and starring Robert Redford as Deputy Sheriff Christopher Cooper. Plot summary: This film narrates an incident that took place in 1909. Willie Boy [Robert Blake] is a 28-year-old Chemehuevi-Paiute indian in southern California who has killed the father of his 14-year-old indian girlfriend Lola [Carlota Boniface, played by Katherine Ross] in self defense. Deputy Sheriff Cooper pursues them so he can charge Willie with murder.

Plot summary: Melanie Daniels and some of her neighbors witness an inexplicable sudden attack on the human population by birds in Bodega Bay, north of San Francisco.
