said to be the first film in Arabic about the life of Jesus. Jesus is
an adult when the film begins. The film catalogues his miracles and
other famous New Testament events.

This is a 27.25" x 38.75" Egyptian poster designed by al-Khad for
the 1990 Mohamed Radi film Appointment with the President based
on story, screenplay and dialogue by Ahmad Al-Khatib and starring
Elham Shaheen as Magda Kamel. Plot summary: With bribery, a big
construction company was able to get a permit to demolish an entire
residential neighborhood and to build luxury apartment towers on the
site. A member of the People's Assembly (Magda Kamel) took up the
cause, but during one of her meetings with the president of the
republic while the People's Assembly was in session, corrupt officials
asked to meet with her in Aswan to see the documents proving the
corruption of the officials; they tried to spoil her case and get her
removed from office for stealing the documents. The train trip to
Aswan is where most of the action takes place; this is one of the
great Egyptian train movies, although the poster gives no hint of
that.

beautiful young daughters deal with the capricious behavior of their
unscrupulous suitors. Amina Rizk was a prominent Egyptian film and
television actress for over 70 years between 1928 and her death in
2003.
