Plot summary: Genetically modified mutant piranhas nesting in a sunken ship are making life hazardous for people at a Caribbean resort. Scuba instructor Anne Kimbrough [Tricia O'Neil] discovers the fish have wings and can fly while investigating the death of one of her son's companions.
