The 1965 Egyptian film The Nun [al-raheba] (directed by Hassan Al Imam) has censored and uncensored posters. The censored poster just makes the color of the skin of the shoulders and back of the actress Hind Rostom the same as the color of her dress. This film was about a woman with a split personality, as the poster illustrates nicely.
