Plot summary: Chuckie Devlin [Robert J. Steinmiller Jr.] is a young boy who is having trouble fitting in socially. A runaway circus dog named Bingo befriends him and the two become pals and constant companions. A crisis develops when Chuckie's family makes a cross-country move and Bingo is not allowed to go.
