Plot summary: Billy Wong and Danny Garoni [Danny Aiello] are New York City police officers sent to Hong Kong by the New York City police commissioner to investigate the kidnapping of Laura Shapiro [Saun Ellis]. Once in Hong Kong the two investigate the kidnapping of Laura and the drug smuggling involvement of narcotics boss Harold Ko [Roy Chiao].
