Stephen Maunder and starring Jalal Merhi as Tarek Richards. Plot summary: Tarek Richards and Linda Masterson [Cynthia Rothrock] are police detectives in New York investigating the murders of martial arts masters, whose bodiesbear scratch marks that look like they were done by a tiger. Based on the evidence, serial killer Chong [Bolo Yeung] is arrested. The action begins here.
