Plot summary: A corrupt chief of police [Mickey Rooney] and a criminal hatchet man named Max Tanabe [Richard Lynch] become targets of three rebellious police officers Michael Crews, Cody Randal and Rick Carver [Sam J. Jones, Sherrie Rose, Jason Lively] who are out for justice.
