Paeezan (1987) - (Amin Tarokh) Iranian poster
This is a 19" x 26" Iranian poster for the 1987 Rasoul Sadrameli film Paeezan written by Abolhassan Davoodi, Khosrow Dehghan, Fereydoun Jeyrani, Farid Mostafavi and Rasoul Sadrameli and starring Amin Tarokh as Masoud Mehrju. Plot summary: Masoud Mehrju is planning to leave the country and abandon his wife Parvaneh Mahan [Katayoun Riahi] and their child. Before the separation they take a trip to see a relative. On the way they pick up a stranger [Dariush Arjmand] on the roadside who has been injured in an accident. He forces them at gunpoint to take him to his home in the beautiful mountain village of Paeezan. The stranger dies before they get there, but first he says something to Masoud that causes him to change his mind about leaving the country. He goes back to living as before.
