Plot summary: When the evil pawn shop owner Madame Medusa [Geraldine Page] and her companion Mr. Snoops [Joe Flynn] kidnap a little girl named Penny [Michelle Stacy], Penny sends a message in a bottle to the Rescue Aid Society, a mouse organization in the basement of the UN Building.
