his is a 29" x 43" Argentine poster for the 1972 Bob Fosse film Cabaret based on stories by Christopher Isherwood, play by John Van Druten, screenplay by Jay Presson Allen and starring Liza Minelli as Sally Bowles. Plot summary: In 1931 Brian Roberts [Michael York] is a Cambridge University student studying German in Berlin. He becomes friendly with American Sally Bowles, who sings at the Kit Kat Klub. Their relationship develops while the Nazi Party is taking over Germany.
