This is an 18.5" x 28" Yugoslavian poster for the 1966 Howard Hawks film El Dorado based on the 1960 Harry Brown novel The Stars in their Courses, screenplay by Leigh Brackett and starring John Wayne as Cole Thornton. Plot summary: Cole Thornton is a hired gun who turns down a job fighting an old sheriff friend, J.P. Harrah [Robert Mitchum] of El Dorado. Thornton later goes to help Harrah when he hears he is in trouble.
