This is a 13" x 26" Italian locandina poster for the 1987 Rob Reiner film The Princess Bride based on the 1973 novel of the same title and screenplay by Wiliam Goldman and starring Robin Wright as Buttercup, the Princess Bride. Plot summary: Buttercup [Robin Wright] is a farm girl who has been chosen as the princess bride by Prince Humperdinck, [Chris Sarandon] but she does not want to marry him because she misses her true love, a farm hand named Westley [Cary Elwes]. Westley was reportedly killed by Pirate Roberts while on a voyage at sea.
