This is a 27" x 39" Egyptian poster designed by Abdul Rahman for the 1976 Peter Collinson film Target of an Assassin AKA Tigers Don't Cry based on the 1972 novel Running Scared by Jon Burmeister, screenplay by Scot Finch and starring Anthony Quinn as Ernest Hobday Slade. Plot summary: In a South African hospital Ernest Hobday Slade is a nurse in charge of an ailing President Lunda, [Simon Sabela] whose life is being threatened by would-be assassins. The plot takes a twist when the nurse becomes a kidnapper, but the assassins are still right there.
