This is a 34" x 47" Spanish Soviet Export film poster for the 1968 Vladimir Vengerov film The Living Corpse based on a 1911 play by Leo Tolstoy and starring Aleksey Batalov as Fyodor Protasov. Plot summary: Fyodor Protasov feels suicidal because he thinks his wife secretly loves another man. He leaves home and takes up life with a group of Gypsies. In his absence his wife assumes he has died and marries the other man.
