This is a 27.5" x 39" Spanish one-sheet poster designed by Ken Hoff for the 1977 James K. Shea film Planet of the Dinosaurs based on a story by James Aupperle, screenplay by Ralph Lucas and starring James Whitworth as Jim. This film is most notable for the quality of its stop motion dinosaurs, which is where most of its small budget went. Plot summary: Somewhere in the unspecified future, the spaceship Odyssey is forced to crash land on a planet far from earth, with similar atmospheric conditions. The members of the crew hope they will be found and rescued, but while they are waiting they discover the planet is inhabited by dinosaurs very much like the ones that inhabited Earth in prehistoric times.
