This is a 27" x 41" US one-sheet poster for the 1985 Agnes Varda film Vagabond original title Sans toit ni loi written by Agnes Varda and starring Sandrine Bonnaire as Mona Bergeron. Plot summary: The voice of a narrator [Agnes Varda] is heard as the camera shows the dead Mona when her body is found contorted and frozen in a ditch on a French farm. The film then follows Mona through the eyes of the many people who knew her in the last days of her life as a vagabond who has decided to leave her Paris office job and become a wanderer without resources or responsibilities. The film's message: "If you have a job, hang on to it!"
