This is a 27" x 39" Egyptian poster for a 1996 rerelease of the 1995 Danny Cannon film Judge Dredd based on a story by Michael De Luca and William Wisher Jr., screenplay by William Wisher Jr. and Steven E. de Souza and starring Sylvester Stallone as Judge Joseph Dredd. Plot summary: The year is 2139 and Earth is now called Cursed Earth because it has become dystopian and far less habitable. Crime has become too powerful for the conventional justice system to contain and a new three-in-one justice system has appeared in its place. Joseph Dredd, one of the new judges, has been charged with murder.
